CNM is the number one training provider for Natural Therapies in the UK and Ireland, offering Diploma courses in Naturopathic Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Health Coach and Natural Chef for over 25 years.

The role:

We are looking for a marketing expert who is able to inspire our public to follow their dream to study natural therapies by using various marketing tools.

Key responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Plan, create and manage content across CNM’s social media channels
  • Develop a consistent social content calendar aligned with courses, events and campaigns
  • Create engaging copy and coordinate simple visual/video content
  • Manage regular newsletters and email campaigns
  • Build and optimise email journeys that nurture prospective students from initial interest through to enrolment
  • Support lead-generation campaigns, webinars, events and course launches
  • Track social, email and funnel performance, using data to continually improve engagement and conversion
  • Test messaging, content, calls-to-action and campaign approaches
  • Work closely with the wider CNM team to identify stories and content opportunities

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and possesses a great work ethic with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire for success. We’re looking for someone creative, commercially minded and comfortable getting things done. You should understand both content and conversion, with practical experience.
