The College of Matrons is a registered almshouse charity, which was established in 1683. It is located in the Salisbury Cathedral Close.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience and understanding of the problems/needs of the elderly, health and social services
  • A working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults
  • Demonstrable financial literacy
  • Experience of change management
  • Evidence of effective team management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a good eye for detail

We are seeking to appoint to this position a person who:

  • Has the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
