The College of Matrons is a registered almshouse charity, which was established in 1683. It is located in the Salisbury Cathedral Close.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience and understanding of the problems/needs of the elderly, health and social services
- A working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Demonstrable financial literacy
- Experience of change management
- Evidence of effective team management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and a good eye for detail
We are seeking to appoint to this position a person who:
- Has the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Can demonstrate empathy towards the elderly
