We're hiring! Join The College of Legal Practice as our new Governance Officer. Are you an organised professional with experience supporting committees, formal meetings, or governance processes? We're looking for someone to join our Registry team and support the College's academic and corporate governance framework.
In this varied role, you'll work directly with the Registrar, Chief Executive Officer, Senior Leadership Team and Committee Chairs, to support a range of committees, working groups, and formal governance processes. You'll coordinate meetings, prepare and review papers, produce professional minutes, maintain governance records, track actions, and support policy administration across the College.
About you:
- Experienced in supporting formal meetings, committees, boards, or governance processes
- Strong minute‑writing and document management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Comfortable working remotely and occasionally joining early morning meetings with colleagues in Australia
