We’re supporting a high-growth specialist recruitment business operating at the forefront of the renewable energy, engineering & technology sectors. Due to a surge in client demand, they are expanding their delivery team and are looking for an ambitious 180° / 270° Delivery Consultant to join their team in Bristol.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°), resourcing or talent acquisition within Renewables or Engineering
- Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
- Motivated, fast-paced mindset and comfortable working to deadlines and targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload
- Positive, team-first attitude and drive to grow within a scaling business
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and qualifying top candidates across engineering and renewable energy disciplines
- Managing end-to-end delivery across a variety of live roles
- Conducting screening, interview preparation and candidate management
- Coordinating interview processes, feedback and offer stages
- Overseeing compliance and onboarding
- Delivering outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
- Working closely with senior consultants
