What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year experience working in 360 recruitment role is essential.
  • Ideally, you’ll have a background & proven track record in recruiting for AI, data, digital tech or at least strong familiarity with one or more of these domains.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for growth, a collaborative mindset and an interest in working within a company that has a strong mission and purpose.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full-cycle (360) recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing your own desk, hitting targets and driving revenue growth through proactive business development and client servicing.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders internally and externally to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends and build your domain expertise in high-growth industries.
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business, and helping elevate the company’s brand.
  • Enjoy being out and about meeting clients, candidates and attending events.
