What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year experience working in 360 recruitment role is essential.
- Ideally, you’ll have a background & proven track record in recruiting for AI, data, digital tech or at least strong familiarity with one or more of these domains.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for growth , a collaborative mindset and an interest in working within a company that has a strong mission and purpose.
What you’ll be doing:
- Full-cycle (360) recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing your own desk, hitting targets and driving revenue growth through proactive business development and client servicing.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders internally and externally to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends and build your domain expertise in high-growth industries.
- Operating in a fast-paced environment , contributing to the growth and expansion of the business, and helping elevate the company’s brand.
