Are you a hands-on Finance Manager looking for a varied, fast-paced role within a growing consultancy environment? We’re partnering with an innovative digital consultancy that’s looking to appoint a part-time Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while supporting senior leadership with insight, analysis, and continuous improvement. This is a broad, end-to-end role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, improving processes, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full finance function up to trial balance
  • Producing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
  • Cash flow management and forecasting
  • Payroll oversight and AP/AR management
  • VAT returns and statutory compliance
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
  • Working with external partners on UK & US compliance
  • Identifying efficiencies, automation opportunities and process improvements

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a finance role
  • Strong Xero and Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
  • Experience in consultancy or multi-entity environments (desirable)
  • Exposure to UK & US finance/compliance (desirable)
