1+ year experience working in a 360 recruitment role is essential.
Ideally, you’ll have a background & proven track record in recruiting for AI, data, digital tech or at least strong familiarity with one or more of these domains.
Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Full-cycle (360) recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
