About the Role

Contract: Maternity cover

Hours: Mon-Fri

Location: Hybrid at least 2 days per week in central London office

Responsibilities

  • Act as brand guardian. Ensure design work adheres to brand guidelines and creates consistent and seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Confidently manage the end-to-end process of a design project, from initial briefing and concept development, through to creative delivery.
  • Use creative problem solving to refine detailed concepts into cohesive and compelling design solutions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Designer, Brand Marketing and Product Managers.
  • Brand, print, digital (including social media) and bespoke designs company wide.
  • Preparing artwork for both print and digital formats.
  • Stay curious and proactive — regularly researching category trends, competitor packaging, and emerging design and consumer behaviour insights.
  • Maintain and update our brand asset library.
  • Be an active member of project scrum groups, inputting, reviewing and working on innovation launches alongside members of the brand, product and sales teams to help launch new products into market.

You’re a Great Fit

  • 2+ years’ experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a food or drinks brand.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Powerpoint.
  • Have strong organisational skills and the autonomy to manage your own workload and multiple projects, to meet deadlines.
  • Understand packaging production (or are excited to learn!).
  • Have a sharp eye for branding, layout, and type.
  • Are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Obsessed with detail.
  • Skilled at bringing ideas to life through illustration.
  • Are not afraid to challenge and expand the creative boundaries of projects you’re working on.

Bonus Points

  • Experience or interest in photography.
  • A knack for motion graphics or short animations.
  • Experience using Figma.
