EDM Machinist – F1 (Long Term Contract) Northamptonshire £30 – £35 per hour EDM Machining is a rare skillset which this F1 team is looking for in their team on a long-term basis to be apart of their growing team! Working in their EDM department you’ll be working on both spark and wire erosion for a range of metallic components for manufacturing the latest components for their Race Car. You will be responsible for programming and operating their machines, they use GF Charmille machines, known for being the latest and greatest in Wire Erosion machining! As well as carrying out the machining of the components you’ll also be responsible for carrying out initial inspection using manual tools for checking components before they go into inspection.
