You'll be assembling high value products used for some cool industries, including F1 and Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Aviation and Aerospace.

You will have the chance to increase your pay as you will be paid overtime at 1.5 of your hourly rate for any hours worked over your contracted for the week.

Progression is also something you can expect whether that will be into a team leader role or another position within the company; they are always looking to promote from within and have a good track record of this.
