£15 per hour plus overtime. You will be assembling high value products used for some cool industries, including F1 and Motorsport, Automotive, Marine, Defence, Aviation and Aerospace. You will have the chance to increase your pay as you will be paid overtime at 1.5 of your hourly rate for any hours worked over your contracted for the week.
Progression is also something you can expect whether that will be into a team leader role or another position within the company; they are always looking to promote from within and have a good track record of this. The pipeline of work is really strong currently with this business and this will bring development and progression opportunities.
They have an immaculate, specially kitted out workshop, one that you would be proud to work in, which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.
This role is ideal for a race technician or mechanic, someone who can roll their sleeves up and get the job done to a high standard. If you have hands-on mechanical or electrical ability, the ability to thrive in a busy department and a desire to learn new skills, we would love to hear from you.
You will be assembling various products primarily for the motorsport/F1 industries, so a strong attention to detail and the ability to work from engineering drawings is a must.
