This composite manufacturing business is going through a period of investment and wants to bring in a commercially minded member of the team to identify and win new business. On top of bringing on and managing existing accounts, this person will be using their composites experience to bring in new ideas to the business from continuous improvement ideas, sales strategies and reviewing manufacturing processes with wider management.

Being part of an SME, you will be given freedom in the role to explore new areas for potential business growth and play a major role in the future of the business. Helping make the business a well-known name within the composite manufacturing world for both the motorsport, automotive and aerospace industries.

We are looking for:

  • Previous sales/account management experience
  • A strong understanding of the composite manufacturing process, ideally being in a management position at some stage in your career.
  • Being capable of delivering a project to a supplier from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Confident with using a CRM and MRP system.
