I'm recruiting on behalf of an ambitious food & beverage business that's investing heavily in its brands, products and marketing function.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day scheduling social posts or updating the website.

You'll be involved in everything from product launches and integrated marketing campaigns through to PR, digital, trade marketing, customer engagement, exhibitions, events and brand activations.

One week you could be launching a new product.

The next, briefing your PR agency on a campaign, reviewing PPC performance with your digital agency, building customer presentations with the sales team or planning the company's next exhibition.

It's a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and likes seeing their ideas come to life.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Bringing product launches to life across digital, PR, events and customer channels.
  • Managing external PR and PPC agencies, ensuring campaigns deliver real commercial impact.
  • Working alongside sales, commercial and innovation teams to develop engaging customer campaigns and sales tools.
  • Supporting exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and experiential marketing activity.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and continuously looking for ways to improve.
  • Spotting market trends and turning them into commercially relevant marketing activity.

We'd love to hear from you if...

  • You've managed campaigns from start to finish.
  • You've worked with PR agencies and know how to get the best from them.
  • You understand PPC and have experience managing digital agencies.
  • You're comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • You're proactive, commercially minded and enjoy getting stuck in.
  • You want a role where you'll genuinely influence how marketing supports business growth.

Why this role?

Because you'll have real ownership.

You'll work across almost every part of the marketing mix, partnering with sales, innovation and commercial teams to bring products, campaigns and ideas to market.

If you're the type of marketer who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a visible impact from day one, I'd love to hear from you.
