Senior HR Advisor Silverstone Hybrid Working Part-Time or Full-Time £35,000-£40,000 (FTE) I'm currently partnering with a growing, ambitious business to recruit their first in-house HR hire - a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact.
This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit established processes.
Instead, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the people function from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership to build best practice, support managers and create an outstanding employee experience.

The Role You'll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in attracting and retaining great people.
Your responsibilities will include: Advising managers on a wide range of HR and employee relations matters.
Managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and absence management.
Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in people management.
Leading the full recruitment process, from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
Building talent pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Supporting onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Reviewing and developing HR policies and processes.
Maintaining HR records, systems and GDPR compliance.
Supporting performance management and wider people projects.
About You I'm keen to speak with HR professionals who enjoy working in a broad, hands-on role and are comfortable operating independently.
You'll ideally have: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or be working towards it).
Previous experience as an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or similar.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
End-to-end recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
The confidence to build trusted relationships with managers across the business.
