Your Role:

• Review customer requirements and liaise with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare formal quotations using an MRP system.
• Source competitive material and service pricing from suppliers.
• Communicate with customers to gather feedback and track order progress.
• Identify and follow up on potential new business opportunities.
• Create basic process plans for production (training provided).
• Estimate machining times and build detailed product costings, including materials, finishes, and hardware.

What You\’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional manner.
• Confidence building relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Technical experience is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to learn how to read technical drawings and understand production processes.
