We\’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven leader to take charge of quality in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This client is constantly growing and Quality is at the centre of their growth.

Quality Assurance isn\’t a tick-box exercise, it\’s a high-standard and meticulous attention to detail. Ensuring the highest calibre of product.

The role:

  • Lead and maintain BRC food safety certification
  • Lead and contribute to the HACCP team
  • Oversee quality checks from raw materials to finished goods
  • Investigate and restrict any non-conforming materials
  • Train and develop staff on company quality standards
  • Approve and implement QAS/RAGS for new products and changes
  • Lead corrective action processes for anything off-spec
  • Take the technical lead during factory audits and meetings
  • Continuously review and improve quality systems and food safety controls
