The Collective Network is seeking a passionate Quality Manager to lead the QA operation across a busy manufacturing site in Fenland. You will supervise six QA Assistants and report to the Head of Quality & Technical, owning HACCP, GMP, allergens, calibration, traceability, and BRCGS compliance.
You will be the face auditors trust and shop-floor voice, driving a practical food safety culture, coaching your team, and ensuring incidents are prevented and recalls readiness is maintained on a daily basis.
