The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

As the new quality engineer, you will mainly be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers by managing all aspects of NCRs and quality resolutions. This position will build relationships with external contacts and work with them to resolve any quality issues. You will work closely with the internal quality team to carry out root cause analysis and resolution.

Relevant experience for this role includes previous quality engineering with a recognised qualification. This is a senior role heavily focused on external communication; however, you do not necessarily need previous client-facing experience as they are happy to support someone with a can-do mentality who is willing to take a step up.

Motorsport industry knowledge is a distinct advantage, as it will enable you to understand the pace of the work. If it is your interest, then it will be a cool place for you to work! Their quality standards are high, and they have specific requirements for each client, including documentation such as FAIR and PPAP and various ISO and EN reporting standards.

They work with some world-famous brands, primarily in the motorsport industry, but also supply products into the aerospace, MOD, and marine industries, so quality is of the utmost importance. They have a specially kitted-out workshop that you would be proud to show customers, conveniently located just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.

This position will involve working closely with the senior management team, who are a very hardworking and dedicated group, so someone who shares that approach will thrive in this company.
