Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Monday - Friday Shift

Looking for a role with better work-life balance without sacrificing engineering challenges? If you're a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in Food or FMCG manufacturing, this is an opportunity to join a business entering an exciting new chapter.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while supporting the site's drive for higher reliability and performance:

  • Responding to breakdowns and restoring production quickly
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding across manufacturing equipment
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Working closely with production to maximise machine performance
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
  • Previous experience within Food, FMCG or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and production machinery
  • Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent preferred)
