We are partnering with a successful and growing business to recruit a Commercial Finance Lead. This is a key role within the finance function, partnering closely with Commercial, Procurement and Finance stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making. The role will suit a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys business partnering, improving performance and turning financial data into meaningful insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Procurement and Finance
- Deliver commercial analysis, reporting and performance insight
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Support pricing, tenders and strategic business initiatives
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements
- Drive improvements across processes, controls and reporting
- Support the development of finance systems and reporting tools
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insight clearly
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food or supply chain environments is beneficial
