A food manufacturer in Cambridgeshire is looking for their next Quality Systems Manager to make a real difference. The company is one of the leading manufacturers in their category, supplying some of the main retailers in the UK.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee and maintain the Site Quality System to ensure compliance and relevance
- Drive continuous improvement across technical processes and procedures
- Lead the HACCP team, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing improvement of the plan
- Manage the TACCP programme to proactively mitigate food safety risks
- Maintain accurate and accessible technical documentation through robust document control
- Co-lead external audits and customer visits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance
- Keep site technical risk assessments up to date and aligned with operations
- Manage the site pest control programme to meet regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain supplier risk assessments and documentation to ensure compliance and food safety
