Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the indirect procurement strategy, aligned with the global procurement framework and business objectives.
  • Manage all categories of indirect spend.
  • Drive cost optimisation and value creation via category strategies, supplier consolidation, sourcing, contract renegotiation, and process improvement.
  • Ensure robust supplier risk management and compliance by vetting suppliers, managing performance, ensuring contract governance, ethical & sustainability standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, anticipate demand, support business growth while managing indirect spend discipline.
  • Support change management, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver high impact in an FMCG environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Significant experience in procurement, with a proportion spent in indirect.
  • Demonstrable savings achievement and value creation in indirect categories.
  • Strong category management expertise across multiple indirect categories.
  • Excellent contract negotiation, supplier management, risk management and financial acumen.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent in business/supply-chain/procurement.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Global/regional procurement exposure across multiple geographies.
