Job Description Quality Assurance Manager We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a strong Technical team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the site's Quality Management System while leading Food Safety, Quality and Legality standards across the business.
Manage and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System Lead and develop the QA and Hygiene teams, promoting a strong food safety and quality culture Oversee pest control, hygiene programmes and product testing schedules Manage internal audits, non-conformances, customer complaints and corrective actions Support traceability, recall procedures and compliance training activities Experience in a Quality leadership role within food manufacturing Previous team management or supervisory experience Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems and pest control This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and supportive food manufacturing business.
