Are you a Field Engineer looking to be office based? Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity? We\’d like to hear from you.
An automotive company who are well established in what they do. You\’ll providing phone, email and Teams support for the maintenance of Petrol/Diesel Fuel Injection test equipment. Also, Hydrogen Fuel testing equipment is just around the corner.
You will be applicable to get an uncapped yearly bonus, last year this was paid at 18%. This is dependent on personal and company performance. You be also be rolled onto a really attractive pension scheme, one of the best I have seen.. The role is a Monday to Friday position, 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1.30pm Friday.
We\’re looking for someone who is ideally an ex-maintenance or field engineer and now looking for a desk based position. You\’ll be fault finding technical issues guiding technicians through complex diagnostics to a fast resolution. You will need to have a strong electronics background with some mechanical understanding as well. You must have good customer service skills to be a success in this role as you will be speaking to customers over various avenues such as telephone, video call, live chat and email.
You\’ll be working within a small but skilled team made up of three customer support technicians, a field service technician and the customer support manager who you will report into. Some on-call work will be required but you will be paid for this work in addition to your salary.
