How would working on NPI projects within a state of the art facility for an iconic brand sound to you? Not one day will be the same as they have a very healthy pipeline of new projects. The Role:

  • You will be designing a variety of components for both chassis & powertrain for their latest models using Creo CAD software. Don’t have Creo? Don’t worry, they are willing to train you on it.
  • There are a number of positions and the more senior opportunities will include mentoring and will support direct reports as well as ensuring all design work is complete to the highest of quality, cost and on time.
  • As a manager, you will be implementing changes to constantly improve processes and ensure the operation is as smooth as possible.

What you will need:

  • Mechanical design experience of complex parts, ideally within the Automotive or Motorsport industries.
  • Creo CAD experience would be advantageous, however experience with other CAD software and a willingness to learn Creo is fine.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on multiple projects at once.
  • For the more senior roles, previous leadership experience of teams is crucial.
