Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a shift team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers
- Carry out hands-on reactive, preventative, and planned maintenance
- Prioritise engineering tasks to minimise downtime and maximise OEE
- Coordinate daily engineering activity with production teams
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with strong electrical experience
- Recognised engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, C&G, ONC, 17th/18th Edition)
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environment
- Confident communicator capable of leading and supporting others
