We are partnering with a well established business to recruit a Financial Accounting Manager. This is a key role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of financial accounting, reporting and controls while leading a small team. The role will suit a technically strong accountant who enjoys being hands on, improving processes and working closely with both finance and non finance stakeholders.
- Lead and support a small financial accounting team
- Own the general ledger and month end close process
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
- Support statutory accounts and manage the audit process
- Manage cash, treasury and intercompany activities
- Support wider finance initiatives and team development
Qualified accountant ACA ACCA or equivalent. Strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting. Exposure to audit statutory reporting or group structures is beneficial.
