I'm currently working with a category leader in Lincolnshire who are on the hunt for a new Process Technologist. This company has state of the art facilities, offering the best in quality to their customers. If you want to join an already successful Process team and help them go strength-to-strength, please read on!

You will be at the centre of all NPD launches, leading factory trials and supporting new products from concept to launch. You will have the opportunity to work with some really exciting products that will end up on the shelves of some of the leading retailers!

  • Lead factory trials and NPD product launches from concept through to handover
  • Work cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Production, Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver against customer briefs
  • Deputise for the Process Manager when required, supporting daily operations and trials planning
  • Create, manage and maintain NPD and process development documentation
  • Deliver trials efficiently and cost-effectively, making best use of factory resources
  • Complete post-trial reviews, including sensory, freeze/thaw and distribution suitability assessments
  • Review and validate development data, challenging issues where necessary
  • Create and maintain production recipes and trial data within SAP
  • Act as the main factory contact for new product trials, scale-ups and launches
  • Support Technical with process documentation to enable specification sign-off
  • Ensure products meet customer, quality and regulatory requirements through appropriate testing
  • Maintain full compliance with food safety, H&S and environmental standards
