We are seeking a Quality Technologist to join a market-leading food manufacturer renowned for the exceptional quality of their products. Supplying some of the largest retailers across the UK, this role offers the opportunity to ensure that quality standards are consistently achieved throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities Lead the food safety culture within your area by coaching the team and role-modelling exemplary behaviours.
Ensure all team members are fully trained to perform their duties safely and to the required standards.
Drive continuous improvement through behaviour-based safety observations and root cause analysis.
Develop technical excellence across operations through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Maintain strong knowledge and application of GMP, allergen control, and quality procedures on the production floor.
Foster strong relationships with your team, encouraging involvement in problem-solving and professional development.
Communicate goals and targets clearly, recognising good performance and addressing issues promptly.
Utilise data and layered audits to uphold standard work practises and identify areas for improvement.
Take ownership of the quality agenda during night shifts, ensuring customers receive consistently high-quality products.
Maintain food safety, quality, GMP, and allergen standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements Recognised food safety qualification such as HACCP or Food Safety certification.
Degree-level education in a relevant food or quality discipline.
Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similarly high-risk production environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of BRC standards, GMP, HACCP, and allergen management.
Confident in auditing, root cause investigation, and using data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus across multiple departments.
