We\’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to take charge of one of our clients day shift team, leading from the front in a high-volume, fast-moving operation that plays a key role in keeping items on supermarket shelves across the UK.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Lead from the front: Manage and motivate a dedicated warehouse team, ensuring everyone knows what great looks like and feels supported to deliver it.
  • Keep things moving: Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations from order fulfilment to stock control ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high standards at every step.
  • Champion safety: Maintain a culture where health and safety is second nature to everyone on shift.
  • Be the people person: Handle HR responsibilities including attendance, performance, and recruitment helping your team grow and develop.
  • Problem-solve and improve: Spot opportunities to boost efficiency and make continuous improvements that really make a difference.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a warehouse environment, ideally within a fast paced food manufacturing or 3PL
  • Background in high-volume operations
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Confident leader and communicator who can inspire a team
  • Experience with HR processes from attendance management to recruitment and development
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
