An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Compliance Administrator to join a global food business supplying high-quality products to major retailers across the UK and Europe. You can work from home 1 day per week!

This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented technical professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and food safety legislation. You will play a key role in maintaining technical documentation, supporting audits, and helping drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage supplier technical documentation, specifications, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure suppliers compliance with customer codes of practice, retailer standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Monitor supplier compliance and maintain relevant approval documentation
  • Review and update HACCP documentation and risk assessments
  • Assist with supplier questionnaires, technical enquiries, and compliance requests
  • Track and report key technical and compliance metrics
  • Support the wider Technical team in maintaining BRCGS and food safety standards
  • Stay informed of changes to legislation, retailer requirements, and industry best practices
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within a Technical, Quality, Compliance, or Food Safety role in the food manufacturing
  • Good understanding of food safety, quality and retailer standards
  • Experience working with BRCGS, HACCP, and customer codes of practice
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across departments
