The company has seen exceptional growth over the past few years and continues to grow exponentially. For them to adhere to their huge yet very achievable plans, they need a Production Shift Manager who not only knows what good looks like but how to implement it.
Working closely with the Site Lead, you will be responsible for improving performance through delivering training and development of your team, pushing them to consistently hit KPI targets and looking at continuous improvement initiatives to improve the site.
This is a fast paced food manufacturing business, so it goes without saying that experience working within the food manufacturing sector will be a massive advantage. You will also need to have experience working at Shift Manager / Production Manager level managing a team of people. A base understanding of different CI/Lean manufacturing practices and some tangible results through projects you have either led or been involved in would also be fantastic for this business.
