Everyone wants a Production Manager.

Not everyone wants to actually manage production.

This role isn't about watching the numbers from behind a desk.

It's about being on the shop floor, leading from the front, solving problems before they become bigger problems, and making sure the operation delivers every single day.

You'll be responsible for

Leading and developing production teams to consistently hit safety, quality and production targets.

Driving performance through coaching, accountability and strong people management.

Managing labour, materials and productivity to keep the operation running efficiently.

Working closely with Technical, Engineering and Planning to keep the factory moving.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste and increase output.

This is a days-based role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

No two days are the same, so you'll need to enjoy making decisions, thinking on your feet and getting stuck in.

What you'll need

Previous Production Management experience within food manufacturing.

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to get the best out of your team.

A solid understanding of food safety, quality standards and factory compliance.

Experience driving KPIs and continuous improvement across a busy operation.
