Are you passionate about creating packaging that not only looks great but also works brilliantly across the supply chain? This could be the role for you.

We\’re working with a highly successful FMCG business in Norfolk that\’s expanding its team with the addition of a Packaging Technologist. They produce a wide variety of packaging solutions, from jars and tubes to pouches, bottles, refill packs, gift sets and more.

This is a hybrid role offering 2 days per week from home, and they will give you a chance to work with the main retailers and global brands!

What you\’ll be doing:

Lead packaging development for new and existing products
Turn customer ideas into practical, commercial packaging solutions
Source, spec and trial packaging across materials and formats
Collaborate with customers, engineers, and suppliers to get it right first time
Drive improvements, cost savings and sustainability initiativesWhat we\’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Packaging Technologist or Manager (FMCG or Food background preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials and print processes
Confident working from concept through to production and approvals
Collaborative approach with both customers and internal teams
A problem-solver who can balance creativity, cost, and practicalityWhy apply?
