The Role
As the Night Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be the primary engineering support during the night shift, taking ownership of breakdowns and ensuring production equipment is running at peak performance ready for the next day’s operation. You’ll be responsible for:
- Responding quickly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Driving continuous improvement projects to improve reliability
- Supporting hygiene teams with equipment strip-downs and rebuilds
- Fault finding on electrical systems
