Fancy working in the F1 industry? My client supplies the whole F1 grid and wants someone like you to be part of their journey. The company is currently thriving, with an increasing order book and a growing team.
We need an experienced material planner to join the busy supply chain team for an initial 3 months. They have had an influx of projects recently and need assistance in getting these up and running. You'll be working for a company that is a leader in their field and dominates within their specialism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring production has everything they need to deliver products to customers on time.
- Working closely with other departments such as engineering, production, stores, and logistics to ensure that materials are available when needed.
What's Required:
- Experience with MRP systems; any software considered but must be accustomed to using these systems daily.
- Experience with work orders and purchasing on a day-to-day basis.
- Background in engineering or manufacturing.
The company works with some world-famous brands, primarily in the Motorsport industry, but also supplies products into the Aerospace, MOD, and Marine industries, so quality is of the utmost importance. They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers.
This position will involve close collaboration with the supply chain team, who are a very hardworking and dedicated group, so someone who shares that approach will thrive in this company.
