We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations at a busy food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for bringing structure and efficiency to the warehouse, improving stock control processes, and overseeing the team on site. This is a practical, on-the-ground leadership role - ideal for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations
- Improve and maintain robust stock control systems
- Manage and liaise with 3rd party storage providers
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
