They're bringing in a newly created position Health & Safety Manager to own the function outright, part of the senior leadership team, and shape the strategy from a blank page rather than inherit someone else's half-finished plan.
You'd be the go-to person for everything from PUWER and COSHH to RIDDOR and DSEAR, but the real job is bigger than compliance.
