We’re working on this new role within a growing business. We’re after a Head of Compliance to ensure the company is following all the correct regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. You’ll be working within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You’ll be joining this company at a really exciting time as they are in the process of setting up a brand new senior leadership team, and we are looking for you to be part of this. This is a role where you’ll be working on a global scale, overseeing their sites in the UK and the US. You’ll be tasked with overseeing changing regulations and legislation, ensuring risks and opportunities are proactively understood, and appropriate strategies are created. You’ll be working with some world-famous brands across various sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, MOD, and Marine industries. They have a specially kitted-out workshop that you would be proud to show customers, conveniently located just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. This position will report directly to the Managing Director. We will consider any background for this role. While this business works within manufacturing, that experience isn’t required. We need someone with a sound knowledge of GDPR/Data protection and strong project management skills. A background of working with high-value budgets and knowledge of IT infrastructures would be highly beneficial. The role will require you to travel to the US when necessary.
