This is an opportunity for you to come in and take the lead over the quality and compliance duties for this business. This is a crucial leadership role within the business where you will be working with the senior management and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and continually improving the company’s ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Planning, conducting and overseeing internal and external audits
- Leading quality investigations
- Reviewing and updating quality documentation
- Identifying quality risks and opportunities while understanding the expectations of customers and key stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We are looking for an experienced quality professional who enjoys improving systems and influencing positive change. You will ideally have:
- Experience of working in a senior quality position
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS
- Leading audits
- Strong communication skills
