The Business:
You will be working for a motorsport business who are looking to expand the programmes they enter as well as their customer programmes. This could include Rally, GT3, GT4, Le Mans, World Endurance and Touring Car! They are the definition of high performance, racing across the globe at the biggest events.
The Role:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be tasked with establishing full lifecycle supply chain processes. You can really make this your own by coming up with the overall strategy to optimise the function within the team. You will be directly in charge of a team of up to 15, challenging them to improve relations with suppliers, improving negotiations and general communication. You will be setting KPI's for the team, monitoring them and helping the team to maximise their efforts! This role is going to be working in a low volume, fast-paced environment.
What we need from you:
- Supply Chain Management experience within a manufacturing environment - Motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence, military all considered!
- Man management experience of a supply chain team
- Ability to develop relations with suppliers to get the best price, best quality and quick lead times.
