This site needs an Engineering Manager who knows their way around a food factory – not just the kit, but the people too. Someone who can steady the ship, lead the team, and quietly fix the stuff that\’s been broken for too long. There\’s a maintenance team in place. Decent crew, but they need a bit more direction and a proper plan. Right now, it\’s mostly reactive. If you\’re more about PPM than permanent firefighting, they\’ll love you. The factory\’s in the West Midlands – not huge, but not tiny either. Established, family-owned, and not owned by a spreadsheet in Switzerland. You\’ll report into the Ops Director. He\’s solid. Wants things done properly, not just patched up.
