Composite Assembly Inspector – F1 Northamptonshire £55,000 + Shift Bonus With thousands of composite components being created every season in F1, quality is such a crucial element of keeping at the top of the time sheets! We are actively recruiting for a person to join this Formula One team within their Composite assembly team, but in quite a unique position! This will be working on maintaining the high standards needed in F1 on the quality of the Composite Assemblies. This means carrying out visual inspection of components and ensuring correct procedures have been followed. Beyond that you will be working with various engineering teams to bring improvements to the shopfloor! The perfect candidate is someone who comes from a composite assembly role with knowledge of the complex components F1 teams will be manufacturing. As well as the composite experience you will need to be confident in delivering process improvement projects across the team and being proactive in bringing in those changes once approved. On top of the competitive salary, you'll also receive an end of year performance bonus, a health care scheme and a salary sacrifice car scheme.
