The UK co‑manufacturing sector is booming and one established Cambridgeshire‑based food business is investing heavily in growth. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand new business opportunities across food manufacturing. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, own the end‑to‑end sales process, and play a key role in scaling the next phase of growth. This is an office‑based role, embedded within a collaborative, cross‑functional team, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing products to life alongside NPD, operations, technical and finance. Co‑packing experience isn’t essential. Commercial drive and relationship‑building ability are.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities

  • Managing projects from enquiry through to production
