The purpose of the role is to own the customer relationship from a technical standpoint, playing a key role both externally with customers and internally across teams. This company has a well-established partnership with the biggest retailers, providing a great opportunity to continue and build stronger relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving alignment, collaboration, and strong external relationships
  • Manage critical paths to ensure key milestones are delivered on time
  • Keep customer communication clear, consistent, and proactive
  • Lead product launches and continuous improvement initiatives from start to finish
  • Analyse operational and quality data to identify trends
  • Act as the key link between site teams and customers
  • Put structured processes in place to manage issues quickly and effectively
  • Oversee product specifications and artwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure full understanding and delivery of customer requirements
