Are you an experienced Engineering Manager ready to take ownership of an engineering function and make a real impact on site performance?
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team within a busy manufacturing environment, driving reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the site.

The Role
- Lead, develop and support the engineering team
- Own the site's planned preventative maintenance strategy
- Drive improvements in reliability, efficiency and productivity
- Support the team with breakdowns when required
- Manage engineering budgets and external contractors
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Work closely with Operations to maximise site performance
- Maintain high standards across quality, engineering and food safety
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager role
- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge
- Excellent fault-finding skills
- Good understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs
- Experience managing teams, contractors and budgets
- A proactive, hands-on approach to engineering and improvement
- Strong CMMS and computer skills
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent
