The UK co-manufacturing sector is booming and one established Cambridgeshire-based food business is investing heavily in growth. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand new business opportunities across food manufacturing. You will work directly with senior leadership, own the end-to-end sales process, and play a key role in scaling the next phase of growth. This is an office-based role, embedded within a collaborative, cross-functional team, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing products to life alongside NPD, operations, technical and finance. Co-packing experience isn’t essential. Commercial drive and relationship-building ability are.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
