Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting larger engineering projects while independently managing smaller projects from concept through to delivery.

  • Producing, interpreting and modifying engineering drawings and technical documentation.

  • Using CAD software to develop accurate and practical design solutions.

  • Extracting and interpreting technical information to ensure designs meet project requirements.

  • Working closely with design colleagues and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.

  • Ensuring designs are accurate, manufacturable and delivered to the required standards.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement and the development of new engineering solutions.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years' experience in a design engineering role.

  • Experience using CAD packages such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX, SolidWorks or Creo.

  • The ability to interpret technical documents and extract relevant engineering data.

  • A methodical approach to problem-solving, with strong analytical and non-verbal reasoning skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

  • The confidence to manage your own workload while working effectively as part of a wider engineering team.

Why Join?

  • Work on high-performance projects

  • Gain exposure to engineering projects across F1, motorsport, aerospace and defence, working to demanding customer and technical requirements.

  • See your designs come to life

  • With in-house manufacturing capabilities, you'll have visibility of the entire process, from the initial design through to the finished product.

  • Take ownership of your work

  • Build your experience by managing projects, solving engineering challenges and delivering solutions directly to customers.
