We’re expanding, and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join us in the UK, covering the EU market.
The Mission: We are looking for an analytical thinker to join Collecting Cars as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be a part of our sales function, ensuring our Consignment Specialists have strong foundational processes, data, and infrastructure to achieve their targets. You will take ownership of the deal lifecycle, administrative maintenance, actively unlocking untapped revenue streams, and re-engineering our workflows to supercharge team performance. You will bridge the gap between data and action, using everything from standard KPIs to cutting-edge AI tools to drive our growth.

- Process Design, Automation, & AI: Design, build, implement and continuously improve sales processes to support scalability and speed. Identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and drive automation to remove friction. Lead ad-hoc projects utilising AI to drive revenue, finding smarter ways to identify high-value cars and predict trends. Find opportunities for process optimisation and automation across the end-to-end seller lifecycle, from acquisition through to growth and retention. Lead projects focused on high-value customer identification and process optimisation.
- Sales Methodology: Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out and operationalise a standardised sales methodology. You will embed this into our systems, playbooks, and cadences to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team. Develop and evolve go-to-market frameworks and resource allocation models to improve sales productivity and ensure the team is focused on the highest value opportunities.
- Pipeline Health & Performance Analysis: Partner with Sales Leadership to improve rep efficiency, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and deal velocity. Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, sales cycle metrics, and conversion data. You will provide recurring and ad-hoc performance analysis to commercial leadership, turning raw numbers into actionable operational insights. Develop strategies for new consignment sources and opportunities within our existing database, ensuring no opportunity is lost. Liaise with the Sales Lead to monitor pipeline health and ensure opportunities are maximised.

A keen interest in cars of all genres and eras is essential — you need to understand what makes our platform and our community tick. Strong CRM knowledge with the ability to analyse sales processes. Experience with data visualisation or automation tools is a strong plus. Impeccable communication skills with the ability to present operational insights to stakeholders credibly and effectively. Experience influencing and collaborating with a high-performing sales team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex deals.
